Shipping Policy

All orders are usually dispatched in 1-2 days after receipt of payment, depending on the type of item ordered.

Our Delivery duration of our product is between 4 to 8 working days Sundays and public holidays are not included in working days.

We ship orders through reputed national couriers with a tracking option. Based on the service chosen for delivery by our system, the tracking details will be sent on your “E-mail” shared with us, once the order is shipped.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We take due care to package gifts according to their packaging requirement, to minimise the chance of damage in transit.

You will most likely receive the order between 9AM and 8PM, Monday to Saturday. Delivery days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control such as unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes, pandemic containment measures, etc.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses, rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time and will be shipped in 2 working days.

Customers are responsible for any Tax or Duty charged by your state government. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged. In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be assessed.
